【摘要】探讨抑郁症患者血清谷氨酸(Glu)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的水平及临床意义。方法 本研究对象为我院2019年10月-2021年10月90例抑郁症患者,设为观察组,纳入基线资料配对的90名体检人群,设为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测两组患者血清Glu、GABA水平,计算Glu/GABA并进行组间比较。将观察组患者按汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)划分为轻度、中度、重度抑郁组,并比较血清Glu、GABA水平以及Glu/GABA。采用Pearson 相关分析分析HAMD评分与血清Glu、GABA水平的相关性。结果 观察组HAMD评分、血清Glu水平、Glu/GABA显著高于对照组,GABA水平显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);重度组HAMD评分、血清Glu水平、Glu/GABA显著高于中度组与轻度组,中度组显著高于轻度组,重度组血清GABA水平显著低于中度组与轻度组,中度组显著低于轻度组,(P<0.05);抑郁症患者血清Glu水平、Glu/GABA与HAMD评分呈正相关,GABA与HAMD评分呈负相关,(P<0.05)。结论 抑郁症患者血清Glu水平较正常人升高、GABA水平降低,抑郁症发生、发展可能与兴奋性/抑制性神经元平衡紊乱有关。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the levels and clinical significance of serum glutamate (Glu) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in patients with depression. Methods Ninety patients with depression in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were the subjects of this study and set as the observation group. A total of 90 physical examination populations matched with baseline data were included as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum levels of Glu and GABA in the two groups. Glu/GABA was calculated and compared between groups. The patients in the observation group were divided into mild, moderate and severe depression groups according to the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). Serum levels of Glu, GABA and Glu/GABA were compared. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between HAMD score and serum Glu and GABA levels. Results The HAMD score, serum Glu level and Glu/GABA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the GABA level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The HAMD score, serum Glu level and Glu/GABA in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the moderate group and the mild group, the moderate group was significantly higher than the mild group, the serum GABA level in the severe group was significantly lower than that in the moderate group and the mild group, and the moderate group was significantly higher than the mild group. The degree group was significantly lower than the mild group (P<0.05). Serum Glu levels and Glu/GABA in patients with depression were positively correlated with HAMD scores, while GABA was negatively correlated with HAMD scores (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum Glu level in patients with depression is higher than that of normal people, and the level of GABA is lower. The occurrence and development of depression may be related to the disturbance of the balance of excitatory/inhibitory neurons.
