Objective To study the effect of tooth extraction site preservation technique in patients with dental implants. Methods a total of 90 cases of oral implants treated in our hospital from December 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Results all the operation indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). In the experimental group, the implantation time was 0.45 ± 0.46 (H), the postoperative hormone use time was 29.13 ± 8.06 (H), the postoperative antibiotic use time was 35.05 ± 7.25 (H), the postoperative swelling duration was 4.10 ± 1.31 (H), and the postoperative pain duration was 29.48 ± 5.82 (H); The success rate of implantation in the experimental group was 45 (100.00%), and the dental indexes (alveolar bone resorption 0.13 ± 0.01/mm, PES score 14.32 ± 1.19/ min, Wes score 9.42 ± 1.20/ min) were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion it is effective to use tooth extraction site preservation technique to intervene patients with oral implants.
