优质护理在高三学生新冠肺炎护理中的效果观察

摘要	分析优质护理用于吉林省长春市九台一中高三学生新冠肺炎患者护理中的效果。方法从2022年3月-2022年4月期间收治的吉林省长春市九台一中高三学生新冠肺炎患者内选择110例，根据干预方式不同随机分为两组，实验组与对照组各55例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受优质护理。记录患者住院期间病毒转阴时间、住院时间、心理评分、患者满意度和高考成绩等信息，分析评价两种护理方法的效果。结果优质护理组患者满意度和患者情绪明显优于对照组（p<0.05）。优质护理组患者病毒转阴时间明显低于对照组（p<0.05）。优质护理组患者高考成绩本科过线率明显高于对照组。结论对高三年级新冠肺炎患者等特殊人群实施优质护理，可以显著改善患者的情绪以及满意度，可以显著缩短病毒转阴时间。本研究为优质护理在特殊人群中的实施提供科学依据。
Abstract	Objective Analyze the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of Senior 3 students infected with new crown pneumonia. Methods: 110 Covid-19 patients who were admitted to the new crown pneumonia from Mar 2022 to Apr 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the intervention form: the experimental group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing. The length of stay in hospital, period of virus turning negative, psychological score, nursing satisfaction and academic achievement scores were recorded. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction and emotion of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). The period of virus turning negative of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (p<0.05). The average college entrance examination scores of patients in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The implementation of high-quality nursing care for special groups such as Covid-19 patients in senior 3 students can significantly improve patients’ mood and satisfaction and shorten the time of virus turning negative and hospitalization. This study provides a scientific basis for the implementation of high-quality nursing in special populations.
