摘要	研究高脂血症性急性胰腺炎疾病的最佳诊治模式。方法选2019年1月-2022年4月本院140例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者为对象。分为顺序治疗组70例、同时治疗组70例，分别应用相关治疗，分析结果。结果同时组各项指标改善时间短于顺序组，相关临床指标改善情况更好，同时组干预工作满意率更高，P＜0.05。结论高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的临床治疗上，应采取杂合式血液净化治疗中血液灌流以及静脉血液滤过同时应用的模式，更好地起到治疗效果。
Abstract	Objective: To study the best diagnosis and treatment model of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis. Methods: 140 patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into sequential treatment group (70 cases) and simultaneous treatment group (70 cases), and the results were analyzed. Results: The improvement time of each index in the simultaneous group was shorter than that in the sequential group, the improvement of relevant clinical indicators was better, and the satisfaction rate of intervention work in the simultaneous group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis, the mode of hemoperfusion and venous hemofiltration in heterozygous blood purification therapy should be adopted to achieve better therapeutic effect.
