神经根针刺法结合刺络药罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

摘要	观察神经根针刺法结合刺络药罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将84例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组1，对照组2及治疗组，各28例，对照组1采用神经根针刺激的治疗方法；对照组2采用刺络药罐的治疗方法；治疗组采用神经根针刺激结合刺络药罐的治法。观察3组患者治疗前后的日本骨科协会评估治疗（JOA）评分及视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）评分。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于两组对照组（P＜0.05）。结论神经根针刺法联合刺络药罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症，临床疗效较好，为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供一种新诊疗思路。
Abstract	Objective To observe the clinical effect of nerve root acupuncture combined with collateral medicine cupping in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group 1, control group 2 and treatment group, with 28 cases in each group. Control group 1 was treated with nerve root needle stimulation; Control group 2 was treated with pricking collaterals medicine pot; The treatment group was treated with nerve root needle stimulation combined with collateral puncture medicine pot. The JOA scores and VAS scores of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion nerve root acupuncture combined with collateral medicine cupping has a good clinical effect on lumbar disc herniation, which provides a new diagnosis and treatment idea for clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
