Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Anmei Decoction on insomnia of liver depression and yin deficiency type. Methods 50 insomnia patients with liver depression and yin deficiency treated in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation object of this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: reference group (n = 25) and study group (n = 25). The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the study group was treated with Shugan Anmei decoction. Compare the treatment effect of the two groups after treatment, and compare the sleep quality of the two groups before and after treatment intervention. Results after comparison between groups, the effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was (P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in the sleep quality score between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the sleep quality score of the study group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of Shugan Anmei Decoction in the treatment of insomnia patients with liver depression and yin deficiency is better. It can effectively help patients improve insomnia symptoms, increase the length of sleep and improve the quality of night sleep.
