舒适护理对耳鸣耳聋患者睡眠质量及心理压力的影响

摘要	探究舒适护理对耳鸣耳聋患者睡眠质量及心理压力的影响。方法选择我院2021年3月-2022年2月期间临床收治的耳鸣耳聋患者作为研究对象，共计70名，基于随机分组法分为平均两组，每组35名，即为常规组、实验组。予以常规组对象基本护理，予以实验组对象舒适护理，对比两组护理前后睡眠质量评分（PSQI）、负性心理评分（SAS、SDS）。结果护理前，两组对比PSQI评分无差异性，P＞0.05。护理后，相较于常规组，实验组PSQI评分更低，P＜0.05。相较于常规组，实验组SAS、SDS评分更低，P＜0.05。结论耳鸣耳聋患者接受舒适护理后睡眠障碍有所缓解，心理压力明显减弱，建议普及应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on sleep quality and psychological stress of patients with tinnitus and deafness. Methods a total of 70 patients with tinnitus and deafness admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups based on random grouping, with 35 patients in each group, namely, the routine group and the experimental group. The subjects in the routine group were given basic nursing, and the subjects in the experimental group were given comfortable nursing. Sleep quality score (PSQI), negative psychological score (SAS, SDS) were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results before nursing, There was no difference in PSQI score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the PSQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion after receiving comfortable nursing care, the sleep disorder of tinnitus and deafness patients is relieved, and their psychological pressure is significantly reduced. It is recommended to popularize the application.
