Objective To understand the psychological state, coping style and psychological elasticity of patients with hematological diseases, and the correlation between them. Methods 262 inpatients in the Department of Hematology of the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were selected by convenient sampling method. The general data, generalized anxiety disorder scale, depression screening scale, psychological elasticity scale and simple coping style questionnaire were used for investigation and analysis. Results the levels of anxiety and depression in patients with hematological diseases were higher than those in general inpatients, and the state of anxiety and depression was often accompanied. Patients with blood diseases have poor psychological elasticity in the case of anxiety, depression and insomnia. There is a strong positive correlation between positive coping style and psychological elasticity, and a weak positive correlation between negative coping style and psychological elasticity. Conclusion patients with hematological diseases have significant anxiety and depression, which is related to coping style and psychological elasticity. We can strengthen nursing to improve patients psychological elasticity, actively deal with diseases and improve the quality of life.
