探讨老年痴呆病的发病机制及临床采用中西医结合药物治疗效果

| 摘要 |
实验将针对老年痴呆患者实施中西医药物联合治疗，针对应用后的实际效果做出统计分析。方法 针对64例老年痴呆患者进行治疗，样本选自2021年6月至2022年5月就诊的患者，并按照先后顺序分为2组，对照组为西药吡拉西坦片治疗，观察组为吡拉西坦片联合使中药自拟方剂补肾益智汤治疗，对比治疗成果。结果 从数据可见，观察组患者在治疗疗效上，总有效率以93.75%高于对照组的71.88%，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，在治疗后观察组患者的MMSE评分以及ADL评分明显优势显著，高于对照组（p＜0.05）。最后，在不良反应比较下，观察组患者以9.38%低于对照组的28.12%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用中西医药物联合治疗对于老年痴呆患的康复治疗效果显著，快速地缓解了临床症状，病情恢复效果好，值得在继承借鉴中发展。

| Abstract |
Objective The experiment will implement the traditional Chinese and western medicine combination therapy for senile dementia patients, and make a statistical analysis of the actual effect after the application. Methods 64 elderly patients with dementia were treated from June 2021 to May 2022, and were divided into two groups. The control group was the western medicine piracetam tablet, and the observation group was the TCM self-prescription, and the treatment results were compared. Results According to the data, the total response rate of the observation group was 93.75% higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). Finally, under the adverse reaction comparison, the observation group was 9.38% lower than 28.12% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a remarkable effect on the rehabilitation treatment of senile dementia patients, which has quickly alleviated the clinical symptoms and recovered well.
