Objective To study and analyze the effect of modified concentric puncture on arteriovenous fistula puncture in patients with hemodialysis. Methods: A total of 92 patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was punctured in the centrifugal direction of the arterial outlet by the cephalic vein proximal to the fistula. Modified concentric puncture was used in the group of patients, and the one-time puncture success rate and the occurrence of related complications were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results: The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the incidence of related complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: The application of modified concentric puncture in hemodialysis patients can help to improve the success rate of one-time puncture, and also help to reduce the incidence of internal fistula stenosis, obstruction and other related complications.
