| 摘要 |
观察输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗大于2cm上尿路结石的疗效及安全性。方法 将本院2021年3月－2022年3月期间收治的60例上尿路结石患者作为此次研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=28）与治疗组（n=32），分别进行常规治疗与输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术，比较两组的临床治疗效果与各项指标变化情况。结果 对比发现，治疗组的总体效果与临床指标改善情况，都明显优于对照组，具有统计学价值（P<0.05）。结论 应用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术，对大于2cm上尿路结石患者进行治疗，整体疗效更好，能够改善临床指标，减少不良反应的发生。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones larger than 2cm. Methods 60 patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group (n=28) and treatment group (n=32). Routine treatment and ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were performed respectively. The clinical treatment effects and changes of various indicators were compared between the two groups. Results it was found that the overall effect and the improvement of clinical indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical value (p<0.05). Conclusion ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of upper urinary tract stones larger than 2cm has a better overall curative effect, which can improve clinical indicators and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
