摘要	探讨在全髋关节置换术患者治疗中辅以早期康复护理，对促进其髋关节恢复的施护价值。方法试验对象选择于2020.04-2021.09期间，在我院接受全髋关节置换术治疗的股骨颈骨折患者90例，采取随机数字表法分作对照组与观察组，每组例数各45例，在治疗期间分别提供常规护理与早期康复护理，统计施护后两组髋关节功能及术后并发症差异性。结果观察组疼痛、功能、关节活动范围及畸形各项指标评分高于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组术后并发症发生率为4.44%，低于对照组22.22%，P＜0.05。结论通过以早期康复护理模式施护，可有效降低患者术后发生并发症风险的同时，还能促进其髋关节功能尽快恢复正常，适宜借鉴应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of early rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty. Methods 90 patients with femoral neck fracture who received total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Routine nursing and early rehabilitation nursing were provided respectively during the treatment. The differences of hip function and postoperative complications between the two groups were counted. Results The scores of pain, function, range of joint motion and deformity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05; The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than that in the control group (22.22%), P < 0.05. Conclusion early rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and promote the hip function to return to normal as soon as possible. It is suitable for reference.
