小儿系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎综合护理干预的价值

摘要	分析小儿系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎综合护理干预的价值。方法研究对象为我院收入的系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎患儿，入院时间段在2019年3月~2021年2月，共入选30例患者。将其根据随机编号分组的方式分为研究组和对照组，两组各有患者15例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用综合护理干预。对比两组患儿的并发症发生情况、生活质量评分。结果研究组患儿的并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），护理质量评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预运用于小儿系统性红斑狼疮肾炎，能有效减少并发症的发生，提高患儿的生活质量。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with systemic Erythema Lupus nephritis. Methods a total of 30 children with systemic Erythema in our hospital were enrolled from March to 2021,2019, in the Lupus nephritis. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the way of random numbering. The Control Group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05) , the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05) , and the nursing quality score was significantly higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention in children with systemic Lupus Erythematosus nephritis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of children.
