| 摘要 |
研究分析重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中为患者实施人性化优质护理的临床价值。方法 本次选择院内重症呼吸衰竭治疗患者，共60例，纳入时间利用抽签方式为患者分组，每组30例，探究组采用人性化优质护理，参照组采取常规护理，分析指标：护理前后患者生活质量评分、患者护理依从性。结果 探究组患者护理依从性与参照组比较，探究组患者护理依从性更高（P＜0.05），护理前，探究组生活质量评分与参照组对比，无统计学意义（P＞0.05），护理后，探究组生活质量评分对比参照组，具备显著统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中对于入组患者实施人性化优质护理，能够促进患者生活质量提升，提高患者护理依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of humanized high-quality nursing for patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods A total of 60 cases of hospitalized patients with severe respiratory failure were selected in this study. Patients were divided into 30 cases in each group by drawing lots at the time of inclusion. Humanized high-quality nursing was adopted in the exploration group, and routine nursing was adopted in the reference group. Results explore group compared with control group, patient care compliance group to explore nursing compliance was higher (P < 0.05), before nursing, to explore the group of the quality of life scores compared with control group, no statistical significance (P > 0.05), after nursing, to explore the quality of life score comparison group, with significant statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with severe respiratory failure, the implementation of humanized high-quality nursing for the enrolled patients can promote the improvement of patients quality of life and improve their nursing compliance.
