Objective To analyze the effect of pressure ulcer nursing consultation intervention on nursing satisfaction rate and pressure ulcer in ICU patients. Methods: Patients with pressure ulcers in ICU of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for grouping and comparison. Patients were divided into control group and experimental group by lottery. There were 80 patients in total, 40 patients were included in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, the experimental group of patients with pressure ulcer nursing consultation intervention. The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of pressure ulcers in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05), and the comparison was significant. The scores of anxiety and depression in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effective implementation of nursing consultation intervention on pressure ulcers can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers in ICU patients and improve the satisfaction rate, which is worth promoting.
