摘要	目的：观察分析髋关节置换术后护理跟踪及饮食干预对住院周期及预后的影响探究。方法：将 2019 年 1 月至 2020 年 12 月我院接收的 60 例髌关节置换术病人进行研究，根据随机抽签法进行分组，将其分为实验组和参照组，每组各 30 例。参照组病人选择常规护理干预，实验组则是对患者实施术后跟踪护理联合饮食干预，比较两组病人的生活质量及术后住院时间、术后住院费用、患者的健康知识评分、Harris 评分以及患者的满意度情况。结果：实验组病人术后的生活质量显著优于参照组，差异较大（P＜0.05）；且实验组病人的术后住院时间、术后住院费用、患者的健康知识评分、Harris 评分情况也优于参照组,差异较大（P＜0.05）；实验组病人的护理满意度情况也显著优于参照组，差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论：髌关节置换术后对患者实施护理跟踪及饮食干预措施能够显著缩短患者的时间，降低患者的经济压力，提升患者对于健康知识了解情况，提升患者的术后髌关节情况，进而提升患者对于护理工作人员的满意度情况，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective: To observe and analyze the influence of nursing follow-up and dietary intervention on hospitalization cycle and prognosis after hip replacement. Methods: A total of 60 patients with patellar joint replacement received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were studied, and they were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random drawing, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group chose routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received postoperative follow-up nursing combined with dietary intervention. The quality of life, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative hospitalization costs, health knowledge score, Harris score, and scores of patients were compared between the two groups. Patient satisfaction. Results: The postoperative quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the reference group, with a large difference (P<0.05). It is better than the reference group, with a big difference (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group is also significantly better than that of the reference group, with a big difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing tracking and dietary intervention measures for patients after patellar joint replacement can significantly shorten the time of patients, reduce the economic pressure of patients, improve patients understanding of health knowledge, improve patients postoperative patellar joint condition, and further improve patients understanding of the situation. The satisfaction of nursing staff is worthy of clinical promotion.
