全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的影响

摘要	分析全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的影响。方法选取2020年9月-2021年9月收治的80例癫痫患儿，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组40例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施全面护理，对比治疗依从性、恢复情况与护理满意度。结果研究组治疗依从性高于对照组；住院时间短于对照组，癫痫发作次数少于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论将全面护理方式应用于小儿癫痫的护理工作当中，可提高患儿治疗依从性，有效控制疾病的发作次数，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on the nursing of children with epilepsy. Methods 80 children with epilepsy treated from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing was implemented in the control group and comprehensive nursing was implemented in the study group. The treatment compliance, recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results the treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group; The length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, and the number of seizures was less than that in the control group; The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with epilepsy can improve the treatment compliance of children, effectively control the number of disease attacks and improve nursing satisfaction.
