Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the recovery of children with fractures. Methods A total of 60 children with fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The time range from February 2019 to February 2021 was the time range of this study. They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each. The children with fractures in the reference group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the children with fractures in the experimental group were treated with continuous nursing. The joint recovery indexes, the degree of cooperation of rehabilitation training, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children with fractures before and after nursing were compared. Results Before the nursing, there was no significant difference in the joint recovery indexes of the two groups of children with fractures. After nursing, the joint recovery indexes of the children with fractures in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the children with fractures in the reference group. Compared with the reference group, the nursing satisfaction of the children with fractures in the experimental group was higher than that of the children with fractures in the reference group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In view of the nursing work of children with fractures, the nursing method of continuous nursing is helpful to improve the rehabilitation training cooperation of children and improve the joint recovery indicators of children, which has positive significance for clinical nursing work.
