摘要	探究对急性白血病患者并发留置针穿刺点皮肤损伤的护理方法，并分析其合理性与有效性。方法以2021年7月我院收治的急性白血病患者1例作为本次研究对象，对其化疗后留置针穿刺点周围的破损皮肤仔细观察，并分析出主要原因，随即展开系统而全面的科学护理方式,并对护理效果进行研讨。结果在对症干预与优质护理的共同作用下，再加上患者自身的全力配合，皮损损伤部位于10天后基本痊愈，同时，患者体温完全正常。结论当急性白血病患者化疗后穿刺点皮肤出现破损时，为其及时采取优质护理模式：即从局部皮肤、静脉、心理、饮食等多方面展开系统性护理，取得了令人满意的成效，值得今后在相关治疗中借鉴应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the nursing methods for acute leukemia patients complicated with indwelling needle puncture site skin injury and analyze its rationality and effectiveness. Methods A patient with acute leukemia admitted to our hospital on July 25, 2021 was selected as the object of this study. The damaged skin around the puncture site of indwelling needle after chemotherapy was carefully observed, and the main reasons were analyzed, and then the systematic and comprehensive scientific nursing was carried out. The nursing effect was also discussed. Results Under the combined action of symptomatic intervention and high quality nursing, plus the patients own full cooperation, the skin lesions recovered after 10 days, and the patients body temperature was completely normal. Conclusion When the skin of acute leukemia punctures is damaged after chemotherapy, high-quality nursing mode is adopted in time, that is, systematic nursing is carried out from local skin, vein, psychology, diet and other aspects, and satisfactory results have been achieved, which is worthy of reference and application in related treatment in the future.
