综合护理干预用于造血干细胞移植患儿中的应用

摘要	探讨在造血干细胞移植患儿的临床护理中施以综合护理干预的应用价值以及患儿的预后情况。方法选取2021年2月到2022年2月期间在我院实施造血干细胞移植的患儿，共有60例纳入本次研究，将其随机编号均分2组，对照组在护理中施以常规护理，研究组在护理中施以综合护理，分析患儿干预后不良情绪、生活质量、治疗依从性以及家属对护理满意度的评价。结果情绪方面，研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均较低，P＜0.05；生活方面，研究组生活质量评分较高，P＜0.05；依从性方面，研究组治疗依从性评分较高，P＜0.05。结论在造血干细胞移植患儿的治疗期间施以综合护理可缓解其不良情绪，提高其治疗依从性并改善其生活质量，建议推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of children with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the prognosis of children. Methods a total of 60 children who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing in nursing, and the study group received comprehensive nursing in nursing. The childrens bad mood, quality of life, treatment compliance and the evaluation of their family members on nursing satisfaction after intervention were analyzed. Results in terms of emotion, the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower (P < 0.05); In terms of life, the score of quality of life in the study group was higher (P < 0.05); In terms of compliance, the score of treatment compliance in the study group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion comprehensive nursing during the treatment of children with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can alleviate their bad mood, improve their treatment compliance and improve their quality of life. It is suggested to popularize it.
