心理护理在焦虑障碍患者中的应用

摘要	分析对焦虑障碍患者心理护理的应用效果。方法选择我院于2020年10月-2021年10月，1年内收治的106例焦虑障碍患者，将所有患者随机分组为对照组（53例，使用常规方法护理）和观察组（53例，实施心理护理干预）。结果观察组SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分均明显低于对照组，观察组的生活质量、睡眠质量明显高于对照组，观察组的睡眠时间明显长于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对焦虑障碍患者实施康复治疗时，通过心理护理干预可取得明显更佳的效果，可显著改善患者心理状态，提高患者生活质量和睡眠质量，有较高应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on patients with anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 106 patients with anxiety disorders who were admitted to our hospital from 2020.10 to 2021.10 within one year were selected, and all the patients were randomly divided into the control group (53 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and the observation group (53 cases, implementing psychological nursing intervention) . Results The SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the quality of life and sleep quality of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the sleep time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation treatment of patients with anxiety disorders, psychological nursing intervention can achieve significantly better results, can significantly improve the psychological state of patients, improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients, and has high application value.
