摘要	研究思维导图引导康复护理对胃癌根治术患者围手术期的护理效果。方法选择2019年3月-2021年3月我院收治的70例胃癌患者，所有患者均进行了胃癌根治术治疗，按照双色球分类法将所有患者分为对照组和实验组各35例，给予对照组患者常规康复护理，给予实验组患者思维导图引导下的康复护理，分析比较两组患者不同方式的护理后，患者的胃管留置时间、下床活动时的疼痛情况。结果实验组患者的胃管留置时间、下床活动时的疼痛情况各指标均优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对胃癌根治术患者进行思维导图引导康复护理，能够使患者围手术期的各身体指标功能得到有效改善，促进快速康复，减轻医疗负担，提升生活质量，值得临床大力推广。
Abstract	Objective: To study the effect of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing on perioperative nursing of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods: 70 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from March 2019to March 2021 were selected. All patients were treated with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. According to the two-color ball classification method, all patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were given rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of mind map. After analyzing and comparing the different ways of nursing between the two groups, The patients gastric tube retention time and pain when getting out of bed. Results: the indwelling time of gastric tube and the pain of getting out of bed in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing radical gastrectomy can effectively improve the functions of various body indexes during the perioperative period, promote rapid rehabilitation, reduce the medical burden and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
