小儿川崎病护理中舒适护理的临床应用价值探析

摘要	研究小儿川崎病护理中舒适护理的临床应用价值。方法选择2019年10月-2021年10月到本院儿科治疗的小儿川崎病患儿50例，按照不同的护理方式，将全部患者分作实验组和对照组，分析两组护理效果。结果实验组护理依从性24/25（96.00%）高于对照组18/25（72.00%），P＜0.05；实验组并发症发生率1/25（4.00%）低于对照组7/25（28.00%），P＜0.05；护理后，实验组生活质量高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论运用舒适护理为小儿川崎病患儿提供护理服务，可提升患儿护理依从性与生活质量，降低并发症出现的概率，可运用。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical application value of comfort nursing in the nursing of children with Kawasaki disease. Methods 50 children with Kawasaki disease treated in pediatrics of our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected. According to different nursing methods, all patients were divided into experimental group and control group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results the nursing compliance of 24/25 (96.00%) in the experimental group was higher than that of 18/25 (72.00%) in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1/25 (4.00%) lower than that in the control group 7/25 (28.00%), P<0.05; Before nursing, the quality of life of the two groups was compared (P>0.05); After nursing, the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion using comfort nursing to provide nursing services for children with Kawasaki disease can improve their nursing compliance and quality of life, and reduce the probability of complications.
