个性化护理在过敏性鼻炎护理中对患者护理依从性的影响

摘要	分析个性化护理在过敏性鼻炎护理中对患者护理依从性的影响。方法以我院2020年1月-2021年6月内收治的220例过敏性鼻炎患者为本次研究对象，并以随机数字法分为常规组（110例，常规门诊护理）和观察组（110例，个性化门诊护理），对比分析两组患者的护理依从性差异。结果观察组与常规组患者的护理依从性分别为93.64%（103/110）、85.45%（94/110），观察组显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。观察组和常规组健康知识知晓率分别为96.36%、88.18%，观察组显著高于常规组，（P＜0.05）。观察组和常规组护理满意度评分分别为94.37±1.89、80.12±1.22，观察组显著高于常规组，（P＜0.05）。结论在过敏性鼻炎护理中采取个性化护理，可有效保障患者的护理依从性，以此保障患者的治疗效果。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing on patient nursing compliance in allergic rhinitis nursing. Methods: With 220 patients with allergic rhinitis from January 2020 to June 2021, and randomized digital methods into routine groups (110 patients, routine outpatient nursing) and observation groups (110 patients, 110 patients with personalized outpatient nursing), the differences in nursing compliance were compared and analyzed. Results: The nursing compliance of patients in the observation group and the routine group were 93.64% (103 / 110) and 85.45% (94 / 110), respectively. The nursing compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). The awareness rates of health knowledge in the observation group and the routine group were 96.36% and 88.18% respectively, which were significantly higher in the observation group than in the routine group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group and the routine group were 94.37 ± 1.89 and 80.12 ± 1.22 respectively. The observation group was significantly higher than the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Personalized nursing in allergic rhinitis nursing can effectively guarantee the nursing compliance and guarantee the treatment effect.
