精细化护理在四肢骨折患者手术室中的有效性分析

摘要	研究运用手术方案治疗四肢骨折患者时，于手术室内实施精细化护理方案的临床有效性。方法抽选四肢骨折患者64例展开分析，病例抽选时间即2020年2月到2021年2月，随机数字表方式将患者均分2组，32例一组，即常规组、分析组，各组护理方案即一般护理、精细化护理，比较组间护理效果。结果评估组间护理效果，即分析组住院及骨折愈合时间、术后疼痛及心理状态评分等指标均低于常规组，P值＜0.05；评估组间临床疗效及并发症情况，分析组总疗效高于常规组，并发症总发生率低于常规组，P值＜0.05。结论与一般护理模式相比较，精细化护理方案的临床效果更显著，四肢骨折患者实施手术方案时，于手术室中运用精细化护理后，住院及骨折愈合时间明显缩短，负性心理情绪显著改善，是能够促进临床疗效，减少并发症发生可能性的优质护理措施。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of implementing fine nursing plan in the operating room when using surgical plan to treat patients with limb fracture. Methods: 64 patients with limb fracture were selected for analysis, and the time of case selection was from February 2020 to February 2021. The patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table, 32 patients in one group, namely the routine group and the analysis group. The nursing plan of each group was general nursing and fine nursing, and the nursing effect between the groups was compared. Results: The evaluation of inter-group nursing effect, that is, the hospitalization time, fracture healing time, postoperative pain and psychological state score of the analysis group were lower than those of the conventional group, P < 0.05; The clinical efficacy and complications were evaluated between groups. The total efficacy of the analysis group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: compared with the general nursing mode, elaborating the clinical effect of nursing plan is more significant, patients with limbs fracture surgery, after using fine nursing in operating room, hospital and significantly shorten fracture healing time, negative psychological mood improved significantly, is the ability to promote the clinical curative effect, high quality nursing measures to reduce the possibility of complications.
