| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the improvement of the disease and the psychological state of patients in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods The period from March 2019 to March 2020 was selected as the study period, and 120 patients who needed chronic pelvic inflammatory treatment admitted to the gynecological outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, recorded as the control group and the experimental group, with 60 people in the control group and 60 people in the experimental group. After admission, all patients were treated with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by medical staff, and nursing was implemented during the treatment. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with psychological nursing intervention. The self-efficacy scale, mental toughness scale, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and adverse psychological state were observed and compared between the two groups after nursing. Results Both groups of patients improved to a certain extent after one-month nursing intervention. From the comparison of the patients self-efficacy scale and mental toughness scale, the experimental group was better than the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score was better than the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 0.05); from the aspect of psychological state, the psychological state of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, the use of psychological nursing care for nursing intervention has positive significance on patients self-efficacy and psychological resilience, and in the nursing process and after nursing patients quality of life and nursing satisfaction Improve the mental state and control the negative emotions. Psychological nursing has positive significance for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and is worthy of clinical promotion.
