Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in operating room nursing. Methods 60 patients who underwent surgery from September 2020 to September 2021 were divided into two groups by computer blind selection, namely the study group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group implemented routine nursing measures, and the patients in the study group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention. The psychological state, the change of intraoperative center rate and blood pressure, the change of body temperature in different time periods and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results after the implementation of different nursing measures, the scores of anxiety (HAMA) and depression (HAMD) in the study group were lower; The operation center rate and blood pressure index were better than those in the control group; The body temperature of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 30 minutes after the operation; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 70.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of operating comprehensive nursing intervention for surgical patients is more ideal and can promote the smooth completion of the operation.
