人格障碍患者的心理特点及护理对策

摘要	分析人格障碍患者的心理特点及护理对策。方法以2021年3月至2022年3月间我院收入的64例人格障碍患者作为研究对象，随机均分为参照组（32例）与研究组（32例），参照组患者采用常规护理，研究组采用综合护理，分析患者心理特点，观察、对比两组患者护理前后SDS、SAS评分、治疗依从性、不良行为发生率与不良心理状态发生率等。结果经过对比分析，研究组患者护理后SDS、SAS评分、治疗依从性、住院时间与不良心理状态发生率均明显优于参照组，且差异均符合统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对人格障碍患者的心理特点采取个性化护理措施，可有效改善患者症状，提高患者治疗依从性，值得在临床上进一步推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics and nursing strategies of patients with personality disorders. Methods A total of 64 patients with personality disorders admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a reference group (32 cases) and a research group (32 cases). The patients in the reference group received routine nursing care. The research group adopted comprehensive nursing, analyzed the psychological characteristics of patients, observed and compared the SDS, SAS scores, treatment compliance, incidence of bad behavior and incidence of bad psychological state before and after nursing in the two groups of patients. Results After comparative analysis, the SDS, SAS scores, treatment compliance, hospital stay and the incidence of adverse psychological state in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group after nursing, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking individualized nursing measures according to the psychological characteristics of patients with personality disorders can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve the compliance of patients with treatment, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
