Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing intervention on patients undergoing endoscopic colorectal polypectomy. Methods This study carried out clinical analysis on 60 patients with colorectal polypectomy received by the undergraduate department from December 2020 to December 2021. The patients were divided into groups in the order of arrival. 30 patients receiving routine nursing were selected as the routine group and 30 patients receiving detailed nursing were selected as the study group. FMA score, ADL score and other relevant indexes of the above patients were analyzed and compared. Results After nursing, the scores of FMA and ADL in the study group were significantly stronger than those in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion providing detailed nursing intervention to patients with colorectal polypectomy can not only improve the patients bad mentality, stabilize their mood, help to accelerate their rehabilitation process, but also reduce the patients pain, improve their ability of daily living, maintain the quality of life, and obtain the satisfaction of more patients. It is worthy of active application in clinical practice.
