优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的应用体会

摘要	探讨新生儿护理中实施优质护理管理的临床价值。方法选择我院2020年3月-2021年6月收治的78例新生儿作为此次研究病例，按照计算机表法对患儿分组，研究组和对照组各39例，对照组实施常规护理管理，研究组行优质护理管理，比较两组患儿家属满意度、住院时间、母乳喂养情况、护理质量评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿家属护理满意度（94.87%）高于对照组（76.92%），研究组不良反应发生率（5.13%）低于对照组（20.51%），研究组住院时间短于对照组，研究组母乳喂养率（92.31%）高于对照组（74.36%），研究组护理质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论新生儿护理中实施优质护理管理的效果确切，可提高护理质量，提高母乳喂养率，减少不良反应的发生，值得临床应用探索。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical value of implementing high-quality nursing management in neonatal nursing. Method A total of 78 neonates admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study cases, and the children were grouped according to the computer table method, with 39 cases in the study group and 39 cases in the control group. The control group underwent routine nursing management. The two groups received high-quality nursing management, and the family satisfaction, hospital stay, breastfeeding status, nursing quality scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result The nursing satisfaction of children in the study group (94.87%) was higher than that in the control group (76.92%), the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (5.13%) was lower than that in the control group (20.51%), and the length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group. The breastfeeding rate in the group (92.31%) was higher than that in the control group (74.36%), and the nursing quality score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of implementing high-quality nursing management in neonatal nursing is definite, which can improve the quality of nursing, increase the breastfeeding rate, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application and exploration.
