摘要	探讨分期康复护理对脑出血患者术后的影响。方法选择2018.01-2020.01月本院接收地脑出血术后患者62例，依据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组（31）和实验组（31），分别给予常规护理和分期康复护理，分析护患者治疗前后NIHSS评分以及日常生活能力护理效果。结果治疗后2周、治疗后1月，实验组患者的NIHSS分数优于对照组，p<0.05，实验组患者日常生活能力评分优于对照组，实验组上肢与下肢功能评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论分期康复护理在脑出血患者术后护理中的效果更好，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of staging rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods A total of 62 patients with intracranial hemorrhage after surgery were selected from January 2018.01 to January 2020.01 in our hospital. According to different nursing plans, they were divided into control group (31) and experimental group (31), respectively, given routine nursing and staging rehabilitation nursing, and analyzed the NIHSS score and the nursing effect of daily living ability before and after treatment. Results 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment, NIHSS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the functional scores of upper and lower extremities in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and daily living ability score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Stage rehabilitation nursing has better effect in postoperative nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and is worth popularizing.
