摘要	研究分析人性化护理在糖尿病护理中的效果与价值。方法选取2019年12月-2020年12月内本科收治的住院糖尿病患者78例，按照双盲法实施分组，其中39例作为对照组接受常规护理干预，39例作为实验组接受人性化护理干预，对比护理效果。结果实验组患者的负面情绪及生活质量对比对照组显著改善、血糖水平显著降低、健康知识掌握水平明显提高，相关指标对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对糖尿病患者实施基于人性化关怀理念的人性化护理干预临床效果理想，有推广使用的价值。
Abstract	Objective to study and analyze the effect and value of humanistic nursing in diabetes care. Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,78 hospitalized diabetic patients were divided into groups according to double-blind method, 39 of them received routine nursing intervention as control group and 39 as experimental group to receive humanized nursing intervention. Contrast nursing effect. Results The negative emotion and quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, the blood sugar level was significantly reduced, and the level of health knowledge was significantly improved, the correlation index contrast has the Statistical Significance (P& Lt; 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention based on humanized care concept for diabetic patients is ideal and has the value of popularizing and using.
