Objective To understand the specific application methods of narrative nursing intervention in internal medicine nursing management, and to evaluate its use effect. Methods This study was conducted by the clinical nurses of the internal medicine department of our hospital, with a total of 56 cases. In internal medicine nursing management, based on the different applications of routine management and narrative medical intervention methods, all nurses were allocated in a ratio of 1:1, and the corresponding groups were divided into groups. A comparative study was carried out for the control group and the observation group. Results From the comparison of SCL-90 scores of somatization, com- pulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and other dimensions of nurses in the two groups after intervention, the corresponding scores in the observation group were significantly lower, and the numerical difference between the two groups met the statistical standard (P<0.05). Conclusion Under the application of narrative medical intervention method, nurses can be guided into specific situations through stories, plus positive guidance, so that nurses can affirm their own abilities and build confidence. At the same time, narrative intervention can also help nurses to effectively adjust emotional and psy- chological problems, which highlights its high use value.
