| 摘要 |
探讨中医护理方案应用于眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者效果。方法 将我院2020年1月-2020年12月60例眩晕病（原发性高血压）患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，研究组实施中医护理。比较两组护理前后血压生化值和生活质量，并比较满意度。结果 研究组生活质量SF-36量表评分高于对照组，血压低于对照组，P＜0.05。研究组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者实施中医护理效果确切，可改善患者血压，提升生活质量，提高满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with vertigo. Methods :60 cases of vertigo (essential hypertension) in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020, The digital table random method is divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care, The study group carried out traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Comparison of blood pressure biochemical values and quality of life between the two groups, And compare satisfaction. RESULTS: The quality of life SF-36 scale in the study group was higher than that in the control group, Lower blood pressure than the control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The effect of TCM nursing in patients with vertigo (essential hypertension) is accurate, Can improve blood pressure, Improving the quality of life, Improve satisfaction.
