摘要	英语的精确、流利、准确地传达语言的意蕴，使不同文化背景、不同语言内涵之间的自如转换。英语的翻译若含混不清、言词不达意、误读原文，必然会导致难以理解、沟通、产生疑义分歧，乃至引起纠纷。所以，要想提高英语的翻译质量，就必须从语言的特点、方法、文化背景等方面着手，而要从英语的口头翻译和日常的交际需要出发。
Abstract	English can accurately, fluently and accurately convey the meaning of the language, so that different cultural backgrounds, different language connotations are freely transformed. If the English translation is unclear, ambiguous, and misread the original text, it will inevitably lead to difficult to understand, communicate, have doubt and disagreement, and even cause disputes. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the English language translation, we must start from the language characteristics, methods, cultural background and other aspects, and we should start from the needs of the oral English language translation and daily communication.
