摘要	新闻舆论监督的对象是所有的人民群众，它的广义含义是指大众通过使用非分散观点的集合形式，对具有不同权利的部门、组织工作者、普通人们大众发表自己的观点的一种直接反映。新闻立法是对新闻舆论的有效制约。随着当代社会的多元化发展和日益复杂化的变迁，当今的新闻现况存在着一些难以解决的问题。所以，大众媒体成为现代社会舆论监督与立法的重要载体，此次文章主要从新闻舆论监督的必要性、新闻立法的必要性、国外新闻立法的借鉴和启示、新闻舆论监督与新闻立法的关系和怎样协调新闻舆论监督与新闻立法的关系几个方面介绍我国当前的新闻舆论的实际情况和改进的建议。
Abstract	The object of news and public opinion supervision is all the people, and its broad meaning refers to a direct reflection of the opinions of the departments, organizational workers and ordinary people with different rights published by the public by using the collection form of non-decentralized opinions. News legislation is an effective restriction to the news and public opinion. With the diversified development of the contemporary society and the increasingly complex changes, there are some difficult problems to solve in the current news situation. So, the mass media become an important carrier of modern social public opinion supervision and legislation, the article mainly from the necessity of news public opinion supervision, the necessity of news legislation, reference and enlightenment, foreign news public opinion supervision and news legislation and how to coordinate the relationship between news public opinion supervision and news legislation several aspects introduce the actual situation of our current news public opinion and improvement Suggestions.
