摘要
研究鹿茸基于TGF-β/Smads信号通路对骨关节炎大鼠软骨相关基因/蛋白表达的影响。方法 选择30只健康雌性SD大鼠,体重(220±15)g,随机分为2组,对照组组及研究组,每组15只。结论骨性关节炎发病的重要机制之一与软骨细胞内的 smad2、3、6、7 腈水解酶1(Nit1)、骨诱导因子(Ogn)、脂联素(Adipoq)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPRγ)基因及蛋白的异常表达密切相关;中药鹿茸可调控腈水解酶1(Nit1)、骨诱导因子(Ogn)、脂联素(Adipoq)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPRγ)的表达影响软骨细胞内 TGF-β/Smads信号通路中关键靶点Smad2、3、6、7 基因及蛋白的表达来修复关节软骨,以此达到治疗骨关节炎的作用。
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of deer antler on the expression of cartilage-related genes/proteins in osteoarthritis rats based on TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway. Methods Thirty healthy female SD rats with a body weight of (220±15) g were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group and the research group, with 15 rats in each group. Conclusion One of the important mechanisms of osteoarthritis is related to smad2, 3, 6, 7 nitrilase 1 (Nit1), osteoinductive factor (Ogn), adiponectin (Adipoq) and peroxidase in chondrocytes. The abnormal expression of proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPRγ) gene and protein is closely related; Chinese medicine deer antler can regulate nitrilase 1 (Nit1), osteoinductive factor (Ogn), adiponectin (Adipoq), peroxisome The expression of proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPRγ) affects the expression of key target Smad2, 3, 6, 7 genes and proteins in the TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway in chondrocytes to repair articular cartilage, so as to achieve the treatment of osteoarthritis. effect.
