摘要	分析老年性骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折（OVCF）患者采取经皮穿刺椎体成形手术（PVP）治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月收治的老年OVCF患者80例，采取数字随机法进行分组，观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予保守治疗，观察组给予PVP治疗，对比两组椎体前缘高度、cobb角、功能障碍、疼痛、日常生活能力。结果术后1周、术后1年，观察组与对照组椎体前缘高度高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组cobb较低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组Oswestry 评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组ADL评分高于对照组（P<0.05），（P<0.05）。结论 PVP在老年OVCF治疗中可有效改善其椎体高度，改善椎体功能障碍，缓解疼痛。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) in senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). Methods 80 elderly OVCF patients admitted from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conservative treatment, while the observation group was given PVP treatment. The height of vertebral front, cobb angle, dysfunction, pain and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results One week and one year after operation, the height of the anterior edge of vertebral body in the observation group and the control group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Cobb in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Oswestry score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion PVP can effectively improve the vertebral height, vertebral dysfunction and pain in the treatment of elderly OVCF.
