摘要
研究分析血液科优质护理服务中人文关怀的作用。方法 本次实验跨越2020年8月至2022年5月这一时间段,研究人员对90例血液科接受优质护理服务的患者进行研究。将双盲对照原则作为本次实验所选患者的分组依据,研究人员在本次实验中分别采用优质护理干预、优质护理干预联合人文关怀来完成对照组及实验组患者护理任务。记录对照组及实验组患者干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、患者治疗顺应性、护理投诉情况,并加以分析比较。结果 对照组及实验组所选患者干预前汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分之间不存在明显的差距,(p>0.05),在护理干预后,两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均出现了较为显著的下降,组间数据之间存在着不容忽视的差距,(p<0.05);对照组及实验组所选患者中治疗完全顺应及治疗部分顺应的人数分别为35人及43人,占比分别为77.78%及95.56%,组间患者治疗顺应性相关数据之间存在着不容忽视的差距,(p<0.05);对照组及实验组护理投诉人数分别为6人及1人,占比分别为13.33%及2.22%,组间护理投诉率相关数据之间的差异是不容忽视的,(p<0.05)。结论 在血液科优质护理服务中人文关怀的应用价值较高。
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the role of humanistic care in the high-quality nursing service of hematology department. Methods This experiment spanned the time period from August 2020 to May 2022, and researchers studied 90 patients receiving high-quality care in the hematology department. The principle of double-blind control was used as the basis for grouping selected patients in this experiment. In this experiment, the researchers used high-quality nursing intervention, high-quality nursing intervention combined with humanistic care to complete the nursing tasks of patients in the control group and experimental group. The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, patients compliance with treatment, and nursing complaints were recorded before and after intervention in the control group and experimental group, and were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale of the selected patients in the control group and the experimental group before intervention (p>0.05). After the nursing intervention, the Hamilton Depression Scale scores of the two groups of patients and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores decreased significantly, and there was a gap that could not be ignored between groups (p < 0.05). There were 35 and 43 patients, respectively, accounting for 77.78% and 95.56%, respectively. There was a gap that could not be ignored in the data related to the patients treatment compliance between the groups (p<0.05). The number of nursing complaints in the control group and the experimental group were respectively There were 6 people and 1 person, accounting for 13.33% and 2.22%, respectively. The difference between the data related to the nursing complaint rate between the groups cannot be ignored (p<0.05). Conclusion The application value of humanistic care in the high-quality nursing service of hematology department is high.
