老年冠心病护理应用健康教育的策略探讨

摘要	探讨老年冠心病护理应用健康教育的策略。方法研究时间选择在2021年5月-2022年4月，研究对象为此期间我院心血管内科收治的90例老年冠心病患者，以随机数表法分为对照组和实验组，各45例，并分别为两组实施常规护理、常规护理+健康教育，分析不同护理方式下两组患者对健康知识的知晓程度以及治疗依从性。结果本研究中实验组患者对疾病健康知识的知晓程度以及治疗依从性高于对照组，指标对比差异具有统计学价值（P＜0.05）。结论在老年冠心病患者当中采用强化健康教育的方式进行护理干预能够有效提高患者的依从性，使患者对疾病健康知识有深入的了解。
Abstract	Objective To explore the strategy of health education in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods the study time was from May 2021 to April 2022. The subjects of the study were 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in the cardiovascular department of our hospital during this period. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. Routine nursing and routine nursing + health education were implemented for the two groups respectively. The awareness of health knowledge and treatment compliance of the two groups under different nursing methods were analyzed. Results in this study, the awareness of disease health knowledge and treatment compliance of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference in indicators was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion nursing intervention by strengthening health education in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve patients compliance and make patients have a deep understanding of disease health knowledge.
