摘要	近些年来，随着科技的进步与伴随着5G的到来，受众的需求就变得越来越多，媒介融合的趋势也越来越明显。在这个背景之下，纸质媒体将面临着巨大的挑战，如何在挑战中寻得生机是目前纸质媒体需要思考的最重要的问题。本文通过分析新京报推出的“我们视频”，展示纸质媒体在当今环境下视频新闻的生产转型探索。从而找到纸质媒体发展视频新闻的新出路新办法。
Abstract	In recent years, with the advancement of technology and the arrival of 5G, the needs of the audience have become more and more, and the trend of media integration has become more and more obvious.Under this background, traditional paper media will face huge challenges. How to find vitality in the challenges is the most important issue that traditional paper media need to think about.By analyzing the "We Video" launched by the Beijing News, this paper demonstrates the exploration of the production and transformation of video news in the current environment of traditional paper media.So as to find a new way and new way for the traditional paper media to develop video news.
