摘要	院前急救作为急诊医疗体系中重要环节，其有效性会直接决定者后续抢救成功率，但由于院前急救会面临各种不确定的主客观因素，对此护理人员会存在较大的心理压力，并且会影响到护理工作质量，对此就需要从各方面进行分析，并采取相应措施来缓解其压力。
Abstract	Pre-hospital first aid is an important part of the emergency medical system, and its effectiveness will directly determine the success rate of subsequent rescue. However, because pre-hospital first aid will face various uncertain subjective and objective factors, there will be a greater risk for nursing staff. Psychological pressure will affect the quality of nursing work, which needs to be analyzed from all aspects, and corresponding measures should be taken to relieve its pressure.
