优质护理在小儿急性胃肠炎护理中的应用效果

摘要	探究优质护理应用于小儿急性胃肠炎护理中的应用效果。方法择取我院2021.1-12收治的106例小儿急性胃肠炎患者作为研究对象，分为管理组（优质护理）与参照组（普通护理），对比护理相同时间后的护理效果。结果管理组患儿临床症状消失时间较参照组更短，（P＜0.05）；管理组患儿护理后生活质量得分高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；管理组患儿家属满意度高于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论小儿急性胃肠炎患儿接受优质护理有利于改善病症、生活质量，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of children with acute gastroenteritis. Methods: 106 children with acute gastroenteritis treated in our hospital from January to December, 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the management group (high-quality nursing) and the reference group (ordinary care), and the nursing effects after the same time were compared. Results: The clinical symptoms disappeared in the management group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of quality of life after nursing in the management group were higher than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of family members of children in the management group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Children with acute gastroenteritis receive high-quality nursing, which is beneficial to improve their symptoms and quality of life, and is worth popularizing.
