止嗽散加减在新型冠状病毒肺炎中临床运用心得

摘要	新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）是一种新发的急性呼吸道传染病。其传染性强，传播速度快，所有人均是易感人群。根据其发病形式及临床表现，隶属于中医“瘟疫病”。中医治疗在新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗中起到了不可或缺的作用。晋中市传染病院自2020年收治新型冠状病毒肺炎以来，共收治53例，其中2020年收治36例，2021年收治1例，2022年收治15例。现总结2022年患者治疗情况，2022年2月20日至3月20日收治的15例患者中2例为儿童，13例为成人，经治疗均痊愈出院。其中8例在早期、中期出现咳嗽、咳痰、色白粘稠，咽痒，微恶风症状，符合止嗽散的适应症，而使用止嗽散加减治疗，取得较好的疗效，现总结如下：
Abstract	Novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) is an emerging acute respiratory infectious disease. It is highly contagious and spreads fast, and everyone is susceptible. According to its incidence and clinical manifestations, it belongs to the "plague" of traditional Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine treatment has played an indispensable role in the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia. Jinzhong Infectious Diseases Hospital has admitted 53 cases since 2020, including 36 cases in 2020, 1 case in 2021, and 15 cases in 2022. The treatment situation of patients in 2022 is now summarized. Among the 15 patients admitted from February 20 to March 20, 2022, 2 were children and 13 were adults. All were cured and discharged after treatment. Among them, 8 cases had symptoms of cough, expectoration, white and viscous color, itchy throat, and slight aversion to wind in the early and middle stages, which were in line with the indications of Zhisou Powder. as follows:
