功能锻炼结合骨折康复护理在临床中的应用研究

摘要	提出功能锻炼+骨折康复护理方案，将其用于骨折患者，研究效果。方法纳入骨折患者，样本量80例，时间2021年4月~2022年4月。40例实施常规护理，命名为普通组；40例做好功能锻炼+骨折康复护理，纳入联合护理组。研究效果。结果 ①护理3个月后，将联合护理组、普通组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表（FMA）、日常生活能力（ADL）评分比较发现，联合护理组的FMA、ADL评分更高（p＜0.05）。② 护理3个月后，将联合护理组、普通组的自我护理能力测量表（ESCA）评分比较发现，联合护理组的ESCA评分更高（p＜0.05）。③将联合护理组、普通组的护理满意率比较发现，联合护理组的护理满意率更高（p＜0.05）。结论将功能锻炼+骨折康复护理方案用于骨折患者，运动功能改善、日常生活能力提高、自我护理能力提高、满意度提高方面更具有优势。
Abstract	Objective To propose a functional exercise + fracture rehabilitation nursing program, apply it to fracture patients, and study the effect. Methods Patients with fractures were included, with a sample size of 80 cases, from April 2021 to April 2022. 40 cases received routine nursing and were named as the general group; 40 cases received functional exercise + fracture rehabilitation nursing and were included in the combined nursing group. research effect. Results ①After 3 months of nursing, compared the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FMA) and daily living ability (ADL) scores of the combined nursing group and the ordinary group, it was found that the combined nursing group had higher FMA and ADL scores (p <0.05). ② After 3 months of nursing, comparing the self-care ability scale (ESCA) scores of the combined nursing group and the ordinary group, it was found that the ESCA score of the combined nursing group was higher (p<0.05). ③Comparing the nursing satisfaction rate of the combined nursing group and the ordinary group, it was found that the nursing satisfaction rate of the combined nursing group was higher (p<0.05). Conclusion Using functional exercise + fracture rehabilitation nursing program for fracture patients has more advantages in improving motor function, daily living ability, self-care ability and satisfaction.
