Objective to analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention measures in venous blood collection patients in laboratory department. Methods a total of 100 patients who received venous blood collection in the laboratory department of our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022 were selected to participate in the statistical study. All the subjects participated in venous blood collection for examination in different ways. The subjects were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group with 50 in each group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the routine group and routine nursing + psychological nursing intervention was carried out in the experimental group. The situation of needle sickness and anxiety score before blood collection (SAS scale) were compared between the two groups. Results compared with the routine group, the patients in the experimental group had lower syncope after blood collection (P < 0.05). Compared with the routine group, the SAS score of patients in the experimental group before blood collection was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion psychological nursing intervention measures can reduce the anxiety reaction of patients with venous blood collection in laboratory department, and improve the success rate of blood collection. It is recommended to apply.
