Objective To study the effect of strengthening psychological intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods the study was officially started in January 2021, and the deadline was December of the same year. 68 patients with liver cirrhosis who were treated in our hospital during this time period were taken as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups by digital random grouping, namely, the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group strengthened psychological intervention on this basis, The negative emotions and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. Results the scores of negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups were similar before nursing (P > 0.05). After nursing, the scores of the two groups were improved to some extent, but the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion strengthening the psychological intervention in the nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis can effectively improve their negative emotions and help improve their quality of life. It has high use value and is worth recommending.
