Objective To observe the effect of Social Nursing on high-risk patients with hypertension. Methods the study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 80 high-risk patients with hypertension. They were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the control group, receiving routine nursing, and the other group was the study group. On the basis of routine nursing and community nursing, the nursing effects after the intervention were compared. Results in the comparison of hypertension management compliance, the compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group after the intervention. In the comparison of blood pressure control, the blood pressure control rate of the study group was better than that of the control group after the intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of community nursing in the nursing of high-risk patients with hypertension will enable patients to control their blood pressure independently and improve their health care awareness, which is worthy of application.
