Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on outpatients in blood collection centers. Methods the researchers selected 60 patients from the blood collection center of our hospital from December 2020 to March 2022. They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The subjects in the study group were given routine blood collection nursing, and the control group were given psychological nursing. The nursing effects, satisfaction and emotional scores of the two groups were compared. Results the one-time puncture success rate (96.33%) and patient compliance (100%) of nurses in the blood collection center in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of needle syncope and adverse complaints were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The score of negative emotion was low and the score of satisfaction was high in the study group after intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of psychological nursing in the process of blood collection can alleviate the tension and anxiety of blood collectors, reduce the incidence of needle fainting, and improve the work efficiency of blood collection centers.
