摘要
在顶面铣削过程中,进刀位置、走刀路径改变时,容易产生异常刀纹,部分手指触摸无凹凸感,严重的时候会产生刀纹台阶,手指触摸有明显凹凸台阶感,难以消除。刀纹台阶的存在,影响产品表面质量,严重的影响产品的密封效果,容易导致产品漏油。因此,消除异常刀纹台阶,保证产品质量十分重要。本文就面铣削异常刀纹产生的原因及消除办法进行交流。
Abstract
in the process of milling the top surface , it is easy to produce abnormal knife lines when the position of the feed and the path of the walking knife are changed, some fingers touch without concave and convex feeling, and when it is serious, it will produce knife grain steps, and the finger touch has obvious concave and convex platform step feeling, which is difficult to eliminate. the existence of knife grain steps affects the surface quality of the product, seriously affects the sealing effect of the product, and easily leads to the oil leakage of the product. Therefore, it is very important to eliminate the abnormal knife grain step and ensure the product quality. In this paper, the causes and elimination methods of abnormal knife pattern are discussed.
